Reservation and cancelation policy

 
 
 
 

1. To make a reservation, guests shall be registered at INL and be eligible to stay in the INL Guest House. Reservations must be made at least one week before the requested date to ensure availability and submitted via email to guesthouse@inl.int

2. The reservation will be confirmed after an email is sent to the requester within 2 working days after the request.

3. In case of cancellation, it is mandatory to send an email to guesthouse@inl.int with at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date informing that.

4. The maximum duration of stay is typically 4 weeks.

5. Reservations are only made via email.

9. If the guest at the end of the stipulated stay (never more than 4 weeks) intends to stay longer:

a) Will have to send an email to guesthouse@inl.int with at least 3 days before the check-out date, expressing that wish;

b) The stay will only be guaranteed if there is availability and permission for it.

 10. Check-in time is usually after 10:00 and check-out is usually until 12:00 and should be done during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests can pick up their room keys from the INL Front Desk, the security guard will indicate where the guest house is located or accompany the persons to the Guest House if available.
