Process of Check-in & Out:

Check-in is made at our Front desk with the security guard. The check-in time is after 12:00 p.m. and the check-out time is until 12:00 p.m. and should be done during business hours from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. Guests will pick up their room keys and access cards from the INL Front Desk. The security guard will indicate where the guest house is located inside INL, or accompany the person to the guest house, if available. Rules and Code of Conduct:

  •  Guests shall behave appropriately and with discretion at all times, respectful of the Guest House environment as well as of other guests.

  • Guests shall acquaint themselves with the fire safety procedures and comply immediately with fire or other safety drills, alarms and instructions.

  • The Guest House operates a non-smoking policy.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Food must be consumed only in common areas, and food waste must be appropriately disposed of.

  • The facilities of the Guest House are for the enjoyment of all guests. To this end, care shall be taken to respect the infrastructure. In particular, furniture can be taken outdoors but must be back indoors after use. Doors should be kept shut, leaving a bedroom, kitchen or laundry room.

  • Rooms are clean twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday. If for any reason the guest does not want to be disturbed at a certain time, the proper signage (available in the room) shall be placed on the outside doorknob.

  • Guests are expected to keep their rooms and the common areas clean and tidy at all times. Upon checking out, the Estate, Service and Conference Officer will check the state of the room.

  • Any damage or appliance malfunction shall be immediately reported to the ESM Unit through extension number 2194 or by email to guesthouse@inl.int.

  • No outside visitors are permitted to enter the Guest House without previous approval from the ESM Unit.

  • Each room is equipped with an electronic safe deposit box which can be used to keep valuable personal items. Instructions on its use are available in the room.

  • Proper care should be taken of personal valuables. The INL Guest House is not responsible in the event of their theft, loss or damage. Lost and Found items will be kept for three months. They can be retrieved at the INL Front Desk or be sent by mail. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
